When American soldiers face dangerous situations and world events devolve to the most harrowing times for our service members and citizens, Canadians have stood with us in the most real way possible — including sacrificing their own lives. Americans know this. They feel a great sense of friendship, fondness, and respect for our Canadian brothers and sisters.
